Basecamp – Bend

Outlaw Partners was hired by a developer in Bend, Oregon to market a new residential real estate product in the desirable downtown Bend area. Made up of 25 townhomes, Basecamp is an outdoor enthusiast’s dream home as it’s located within walking distance to downtown and just minutes to the Deschutes River and Mt. Bachelor.

To promote Basecamp, Outlaw created property brochures, billboards, sales sheets and video assets. With the help of the Outlaw Partners design and marketing know-how, these townhomes sold out in less than 60 days, and their popularity encouraged the developer to build a second phase – now also sold out.
