Treston hails from Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he lived with his wife and their kids until the family decided to seek a change of pace. The Wolds knew that Big Sky would be the perfect fit for their young family–Treston has made regular visits to the growing mountain town since 2006 and his wife has been coming to Big Sky with her family each summer and winter since she was a child. The couple even had their wedding in Big Sky in 2014 at the 320 Ranch, with the Gallatin Riverhouse Grill–a local favorite–serving as HQ for the groom’s dinner. So, in December 2019, they made the dream a reality.

Treston graduated with a bachelor’s in accounting from the University of North Dakota, and brings over 13 years of experience working in public accounting and for publicly traded companies on the NASDAQ and NYSE to his role at Outlaw. When he isn’t in the office you can find him skiing, golfing, hiking and going on adventures with his wife and three kids.
