Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Taylor grew up in the hot and humid Mid-South and wanted to get out West to see what the Rocky Mountain air was all about.

She has held many roles and grown her experience in the outdoors through her time as a raft guide on the Nantahala River, ski instructor at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, and working for the National Outdoor Leadership School in Lander, Wyoming. Throughout this time, she continued to pursue writing and has been published in publications like Montana Woman, Bozeman Magazine, Teton Valley News, and Edible Bozeman.

When she’s not working, she spends her days running in the sun, playing in the snow, or on the hunt for the best breakfast across the West.

She studied Psychology and Political Science at the University of Memphis, and holds a certificate in Storytelling & Content Strategy from the University of Washington. Taylor joined Outlaw Partners in the fall of 2023.
