Marketing Manager

Originally from Northern Virginia, Sophia joins the Outlaw team with a diverse set of marketing skills. Sophia officially became an Outlaw in June 2021 after moving to Bozeman in the Fall of 2020. Although she’s a relatively new resident, she’s no stranger to Southwest Montana as she spent her childhood summers in the Shield’s River Valley and winters in ski school at Big Sky.

Sophia graduated from Dickinson College in 2016 with degrees in International Relations, History, and Spanish. After graduating, she moved to New York City where she spent two years on the advertising sales team for Marie Claire Magazine’s publishing department. She left Manhattan when she accepted a position as a volunteer leader for a wildlife and park conservation program in South Africa.

Upon returning from South Africa, Sophia dove headfirst into a new role as marketing manager for Washington Fine Properties – a luxury brokerage located back home in Washington, DC. Not long after, she was running her own small marketing company which specialized in sales, website design, digital/social marketing planning, brand management, and real estate consulting.

She’s long awaited for her opportunity to move West and in doing so she brings a wide variety of digital marketing experience and creativity to many departments at Outlaw. In her free time, you can find Sophia trail running with her dog Carl, overpacking for a camping trip, listening to the Grateful Dead, and (always) trying to make her friends laugh.
